Easy to take liquid like energy vitamin supplements for men and women
This is a great all-in-one item for those who hate taking your vitamin pill(s). One teaspoon full packs various key energy vitamins and herbs with no after taste or upset to stomach. Tastes good
I was worried that this would be horrible tasting after reading reviews, but it is palatable. It is not as sweet as honey and has a distinctive taste. The bee pollen flavor is most prevalent. I only have a teaspoon in the am and take it for energy and health benefits.

Cracked lid
The media could not be loaded. It arrived in a Amazon bag. It was sealed. Just the lid was broken most likely from the delivery as our Ring caught the driver throwing it to our door.Taste is like a liquid raisins .we shall see I just took a spoon full to try.
