I got this book because I had been feeling overwhelmed with BLW and this has truly so much knowledge and walked me through each question that I’ve had in mind and unknown territory

This book is a great start for beginners starting out with BLW. I purchased this for my second child, and it did not really teach me anything I did not already know. I would recommend for first time parents peace of mind.

Absolutely love this book! Very informative and filled me in on how to safely do baby-lead weaning. I feel more confident after reading this book giving my son solid food and knowing what to look for or avoid. Plus the pictures in the book give you real life-sized proportions so that you can use it as a scale when making your food items, super helpful!

This book is definitely very thorough, and covers a wide range of information. However, I was hoping for a little more guidance on timelines of introducing food, progressing amounts, etc, and I felt it did not have a lot of that
