Work as expected for a 2020 Envoy. I do wish they were cheaper. But the price has stayed pretty consistent over the last 10 years, so I am grateful for that.

We’re on our third HotSprings hot tub in the past 35 years, so we’re not quite newbie’s to the world if hot tubs. My opinion of these filters is… “ simply buy pleated paper filters as needed, save your money”Replacing filters is an extensive maintenance cost but 5 new paper filters cost $80 landed, and the tried which lasted only 6 months at $380 is a bite. Cleaning is the same but they eventually the were so impregnated that the were 100% clogged and shut down the pumps after our last thorough 24hr cleaning process.Pleated paper cost with the ease of buy, clean, repeat lasting a year and then chuck them out buy new much cheaper less aggravating than $380.

The product was damaged which deemed it not functional - therefore there must be a quality defect somewhere in the process prior to shipping. We have ordered this product 2 times and both times the filters were damaged.
