The 2020 pandemic has taken a toll on my overall wellbeing and I've been searching for something to help give me a little boost, without a bunch of stimulants. I was intrigued by the serotonin support, because I haven't really seen many supplements that promote this. I'm so glad I took a chance on this product. Like a lot of supplements (as well as medications), it takes a little time to start feeling the effects. On day 3, I started feeling a little less "blah" all day. My mood was more positive and I felt like I was enjoying little things more than I have been over the past few months. As time has gone on, I've noticed an increase in feeling generally good and more motivated to get through the day. I get heart palpitations from energy drinks, so I have to be careful with stimulants. This has been a gentle boost of mood and energy without feeling amped up from stimulants and without heart palpitations. Best of all, no afternoon crash where I would want to take a nap. This has provided a good overall improvement to my feeling of wellbeing and energy. I can also say that I am sleeping better at night. I used to wake up frequently and wouldn't stay deeply asleep. This has improved the quality of sleep I'm getting and I'm not waking up every few hours. If you need a little boost in overall mood, which also helps energy and motivation, I highly recommend!

It seems to work alright. I seem to have more energy. But always feel groggy by late afternoon.

I have a horrible time getting more than 2-3 hours of sleep at night. That's usually keeps me going until I hit my early afternoon dead zone. During this dead zone I am fighting to keep my eyes open, I can't focus on anything and I am not a very pleasant person to be around. I purchased this product to try to remedy this dead zone and hopefully help regulate my sleeping pattern. It has helped with my early afternoon dead zone and I am noticing a little bit more sleep at night. Overall I think this is product. would be beneficial to someone looking to boost their energy, help with their mood and sleep.

Very disappointed, 5 of the capsules were broken, others only partially filled.

Took this product a week or so ago and instantly noticed a lack of craving for snacks. Not what I purchased it for but it was a bonus. After a week I feel that my mood has improved and it is easier to be in crowds. A mild improvement in focus as well. I like the product and will continue to take. Definitely will purchase again.

I don't know why these disappeared as long as they did but these make me human again, I become so disconnected from the world and feel sad all the time for different reasons this helps a lot
