I suffer from pcos and hashimoto thyroid. Vitex is a salvation for me and my menstrual cycles. It help a lot even to get pregnant because i have irregular menstrual cycles and with vitex i could ovulate regularly. And i read that vitex helps a lot even with hashimoto thyroid it lower your antibodies and your thyroid hormones.

I have a few different menstrual diagnoses post child birth that have made my hormones suffer significantly, very low progesterone being one of those. Chaste berry combats that! I take it religiously and am grateful for the benefits such as helping fight against the low mood days so I’m more present for my family.I’ve taken a few different brands but I’ll be sticking with this one. I originally started chaste tree berry supplements after realizing it was the active ingredient in a costly gummy advertised on Facebook available by subscription only. I switched to this brand several months ago because it's a better deal than King Soopers'.I used to get intense mood swings from PMS that made me very depressed up until my period began. Since taking these, that's no longer the case. I also used to have period cramps so painful that I'd double over. My periods are hardly painful at all now and they're also shorter and lighter. I highly recommend these for anyone struggling with similar symptoms! They are a must for me now.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now. I can't really say how well it works as I am using it with other items. I believe it needs a much longer testing time to know just how well it is working.

I have been taking vitex since December 23rd. I added it along with the myo d chiro inositol I was taking by the same brand. I just wanted to come write a review today and a positive one, it finally brought on a period for me. My cycles are very irregular. 7 months since my last until now. They are miracle “pills” for sure! 10/10 recommend.

The past few years, my periods have been impossible to predict. Sometimes I bled for 2 weeks straight. Sometimes only 2 days. Ever since taking Vitex, I menstruate every 25-26 days like clockwork.
