Good set.
Kids liked it. Then got distracted and so much for that. The quality is good. Best for a younger child.

The kit was mostly great. The only complaint is the cape. There were loose threads all over the edges that needed to be cut.

Not what I thought.....
I bought this as a Christmas gift so I’m not quite sure I can review it accurately yet. I did open it to take a look though. The hat and cape are very small. I bought this for a very petite 8 year old, but she won’t be able to wear them. The props are made of very cheap looking plastic. They look like they will break quickly when being handled by a child. The instructions seem kind of vague but who knows, sometimes kids are smarter than adults when it comes to these things. Hopefully she will have a little bit of fun with it......before it breaks.

For the budding magician
This was a present for our 7-year-old grandson who is always using our hats to pull "something" out of. A big reason I chose this set is the cape and gloves that came with it--which he promptly put on and kept on throughout the day. The only issue that we had was a "personnel" issue--he "fired" his cousin from being his assistant becausee the cousin wanted to know the secret to the tricks. Of course, a magician never divulges his secrets. It was an interesting learning moment to settle the conflict between the two :)
