Great product for my 2018 4Runner Transfer case fluid change. It's MT-LV GL-4, which is what is called out, and it meets the OEM specs from Toyota at about 1/4 the price of their fluid. About 1.2 quarts filled the transfer case, and it took about 35 minutes total. Easy project with correct oil. I bought a cheap $6.00 Pennzoil hand pump to transfer the oil into the transfer case fill hole and that worked just fine. Now I have fresh oil in the front and rear differentials and transfer case. Note: Always remove the fill bolt first so you know you have the ability to refill the fluid. If you take off the drain bolt first and can't get the fill bolt off second, you are in trouble.

Way smoother shifting action when compared with the KIA manual transmission fluid.

Exceeds requirements for Hyundai Ioniq or Kia Niro DCT.

Purchased this to do the fluid change on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma transfer case. This gear oil is said to be one of two brands that are acceptable alternatives to the very expensive can of Toyota 75w gear oil that at the time of this review is selling for over $90/litre.The only downside I can see is the Tacoma transfer case takes 1 litre or 1.1 quarts so just getting one leaves you a little short of the recommend refill volume and you have to buy two quarts. Two quarts are still cheaper than the Toyota brand and you can save to left over partial container and only buy one the time you service the transfer case so it's not so bad.I can report that I've had no problem with the transfer case and the truck shifts in and out of 4wheel drive smoothly as ever.

Had a chevy cruze with a manual transmission that became tough to shift as it warmed up. After reading about others experiencing the same and offered a recommendation for this oil I bought enough for an oil change. The first few days only drove it very short distances and did not warm up much. Within a week drove it on a hot day and beyond the distance I typically felt the stiff shifting.... oh what a difference. The oil change restored a very smooth shifting experience. Very happy!I do recommend giving the lube a brief period to work its way into all areas. After months the shifting is still great.** Update, and note, noticed a new sticking situation when putting into reverse. Turns out the rubber bushing on shift cable wore out. Replacing the bushing saved me from swapping the cable restored a smooth experience shifting into reverse. All other gears are still shifting smooth regardless of temperature. Sharing as FYI in case.

I bought three quarts and performed the transmission gear oil change on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Eco 1.6T turbo sedan. I chose the Redline MT-LV GL4 gear oil based on personal testimonies from car forums, and I'm glad I gave this a try. After the gear oil change, I immediately noticed a difference - the gear changes are smoother, less noisier, and faster. Also, during cold start movements, the transmission "shudder" is less intense and way less noisier and not as harsh.I would definitely keep on using this fluid for my Sonata Eco turbo. 5 Stars!!

Beats the elusive Toyota Branded 75W that costs a fortune, I also got the Redline 75W85 for the front and rear Dif. Sold by and shipped from Homer Racing Products (Authorized Redline Seller) purchased thru Amazon. I river fast and was packed very nicely. I am very careful when purchasing products like this not to get a knock off and this purchase left no doubt that I was getting the real product.
