Eaasy to use and very easy to hit the middle of the meat.
Much easier than the digital one prong thermometer. And the handle is long so you don't get scorched by the outdoor grill trying to get a reading. Only complaint, and it is small, a bit obtuse how to turn on and off. The 3 second hold button. I had to actually read the instructions to figure it out - not something I'd expect with something this trivial to operate.

i had exact same one that broke after 15 years so im hoping this one will last just as long if not longerit is great for not just getting temperature of meat but bread and cheesecake i love that it is digital

It takes way too much time climbing to current temperature
I love the idea, but it does not work because you need to hold the fork over high heat while the temperature slowly climbs.

Didn't work
I Ordered one of these. It arrived and didn't work, so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second one arrived in a torn box and didn't work either. It could be an issue with shipping (neither was properly securely packed inside of the shipping envelope), but I will not be ordering another one.

Great tool for the BBQ.
Like the length of it for the bbq. It's a bit slow to start but good when it is up to temp. Would like to have the temp indication rotated.
