Great for anxiety
I used to take a lemon balm tincture for anxiety, but the tincture tasted so bad! So now I take these instead. They definitely help with anxiety.

Olly is the best. These do help with stress.I should have read better though I thought they were a gummies.I do prefer the gummies, but these do help with your stress level.Absolutely.And these are quickly dissolvable tablet. There is no aftertaste

Worth a try!
I have been using this product for at least 6 months. It has enhanced my sleep pattern by helping me fall asleep easier and faster. There is no aftertaste or lingering grogginess in the morning. I plan on keeping it in my nightly routine.

Effective - so grateful to have found these!
I’ve been using these during the past year - very effective and helpful in dealing with the effects of perimenopause. These take the edge off, ease feelings of tension and overwhelm, and help me to feel calmer, more relaxed, at ease, and clear-minded. Taking time to write a review, in hopes it will help someone else. These are well worth the money to me.

It’s okay
Not great - simply barely or doesn’t help with worry or anxieties. Once I finish, I will go back to Zenium. It’s more expensive but more effective imo

Highly recommend
I use these to more calmly deal with work, family, friends... really any situation that is destined to have tension at some point. You notice the effects while keeping a clear mind. The only thing is they say the effects start, "Within 30 - 60 min," but depending on what's in your stomach, I've had them take closer to 1.5hrs to notice anything. I still highly recommend.
