So I was diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager and it has always been loose weight and it will disappear and the girlies with PCOS all know PCOS is not caused by weight gain but instead can be the biggest cause OF weight gain. I have extremely irregular periods and have had to take the contraceptive pill to have a period, but I am very on and off with the Pill because I just feel surely this cannot be good for you to consistently pump these hormones into your body.Anyway I have done my research the past year and decided to try Inositol and what wonders! Within a month of taking the medication my period arrived and we all know the amazing feeling of seeing period without you being the trigger of it.I am super hopeful moving forward with this medication that it will help with other symptoms and fertility when that time comes. I could not recommend enough. The pills are large but that's a small price to pay for such an amazing product.

I have used this product for about 3 months so far along side macaroot. And i have noticed my sugar craving has decreased, my weight gain has sufficiently stopped. My sleep is alot better i dont wake up tired all the time. I use to sleep 10 to 12 hours a night and still feel tired. Taking these supplements have fixed my sleep pattern immensely! I only need 6 hours sleep nw. I do think it has helped my sleep alot. Also sometimes i have recieved the package and few capsules have burst in the container already before opening as i can see slightly inside. Other than that its good quality packaging too. I will continue to take this product as it has immense qualities

I’m delighted with this product. There are other cheaper and more expensive brands on the market but I went with this one on the off chance. I’ve only ever taken a similar one when I was ttc with fertility treatments so I can’t really tell if the previous one worked( was taking clomid) as I got pregnant on the first cycle. I have pcos and have never had a regular cycle. Often going up to a year with out a period. I started taking these and had two cycles. I went on holiday and didn’t take them with me so skipped the best part of two weeks. Period was late. Started taking again and to my amazement, my period returned ( two weeks late). This could be a life changer for me if it continues. Not enough is known and done to support women with pcos. This should be given to allWomen with pcos to see if it can help.

Currently 3 weeks in on my first bottle. Haven't missed the recommendated dose. But I've noticed vaginal dryness which has never been a problem. And seem to be more tired than usual. Any reason this could be?

For years, I have been battling pcos and telling my GP ( or whoever will listen) that no matter what I do I cannot lose weight. They suggested the very helpful remedy to fixing this which was to just diet harder and exercise more to lose weight. At one point, I was weightlifting over 6 times a week, running a mile a day on 1,450 calories without losing a pound of weight.I was recently diagnosed with IIH (excess fluid on the brain) from weight gain and the only solution for that too, was to lose weight.When I tell you my gp had literally no resources to help me, and I have gained a stone a year since I was 16. By the time I was diagnosed with IIH I’d tipped the scale at 17 stone. These pills have made it possible to lose 18lbs from January (the most I have ever lost).I’ve also stuck to a calorie deficit but I’m no longer having to exercise like an Olympian to see a 1lb loss in 3 months just to gain the 1lb back. Without these, I fear I’d have kept gaining weight, until I was at a weight so heavy where Dr’s blamed my size on my diet, and stuck me on ORLISTAT again.The key to these things is consistency. I have only really started noticing the weight loss steadily in the last week, and I’ve had at least a month and a half taking these, I’m in my second bottle.There’s hope for anyone who has this condition and is ignored by the GP !

It's early days of using this product but I've definitely noticed a difference with my cravings and PMS symptoms (they aren't as extreme!). I'm less tired and not as foggy in the brain. I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5 because the capsules seemed to upset my stomach somewhat (a bit like what happens when I've taken Metformin before) and appeared to make my dyspepsia flare up, which was quite uncomfortable. Now I open them up and pour them into a drink and my stomach settled down pretty quickly after that! So if anyone else has the same issue, try opening it up - maybe my stomach didn't like having to break down the capsule or something. Who knows, but so far so good!

This is a good choice for those with PCOS or slightly irregular periods. The capsules are an easy to swallow size and tasteless. Most importantly thought they actually work. You’ll notice the effects within a month. I recommend starting with the dose recommended on the packaging which is 4 capsules and then tapering down to 2 a day because the effect of long-term myo-inositol consumption isn’t well studied.

I found out about the inositol and myo d-chiro ratio through TikTok and after many years without ovulation and periods due to PCOS, I thought I’d give these a go. My hope was to naturally balance my hormones without the need for contraceptive pills. After only 6 weeks of taking the tablets, I was very surprised to find out that I’m pregnant, something I never thought would ever be possible. After all of the struggles I’ve gone through, I have no doubt these tablets were what helped me and would recommend to anybody else struggling with PCOS and hoping to get pregnant.
