These keep me drinking my water throughout the day. I put one in my huge water bottle and throw it in my work bag and have delicious electrolytes all day. I like that it doesn’t come in individual packets like other electrolytes because I feel like I’m creating less waste and it’s less hassle.

These are my hydration additives of choice. I'm not really buying the electrolyte craze, but I do use them to help drink more water. I had a kidney stone about five years ago (on the morning of New Year's in a strange town, yippee!) and have vowed to drink a lot more water. Nuun tablets have just enough flavor to make boring tap water drinkable throughout the day. If you watch for sales you can get them at pretty good prices, unlike salty LMNT packets that cost $1.50 per drink.

I’m a return buyer for these. They’re flavorful and have many health benefits. Healthy alternative to sodas as well if you crave carbonation.

These are good hydration tablets, I normally use them after I run. I put them in my water bottle and close the lid, but this is where you need to watch out. Since they are pressed tablets they release a bit of carbonation when dissolving, not enough to carbonate and make the water fizzy. But enough to create pressure in your bottle. A few times some of my water has come out of the straw on my bottle when flipping it up because of the pressure created.

Nuun tablets are amazing. I spend a lot of time outdoors in the heat hiking running and golfing. Dropping these in my water keeps me hydrated and the flavor is mild and delicious.

Have used Nunn electrolyte before. So this was a good value 4 pack. The tablet is easy to use and dissolves relatively quick. I put it into my bottle at least half an hour before ride to minimize the fizz. Tablet will pressurize my water bottle and squirts drink out if you do it last minute.Just drinking plain water I started to feel light headed and low energy level during a ride. With these Nunn tablets. No longer feel light headed during the ride.
