I’ve tried many varieties. this Alpro Soya is the nicest and the healthy-best in my opinion.
I love this one and I’ve tasted lots of different plant, non-dairy ‘milk’ products. This one tastes the best and is slightly sweet but only contains 2.6g of sugar. I hate the ones that have no sweetness. It tastes great on breakfast cereal and very nice in tea. It’s high in protein (unlike all the others) and has a healthy addition of vitamins and minerals (unlike most of the others) which is a big bonus. So it’s pretty close to cows milk really.I researched how environmentally friendly all the ‘milks’ are and this one and PeaMilk came out tops. Some were really bad for the environment especially almond milk from California. I’m a fan of oat milk and have tried many varieties but this Alpro Soya milk is the nicest and the healthy-best in my opinion.

not a big fan of soy milk, saying that it is good with cereal especially wheetabix and very good in a hot chocolate much better than standard milk, bit like a warm to hot milk shake.

Lumpy and curdles
I usually love this soya milk and buy all the time, but the last batch I ordered (BBD September 2025) has been terrible. Every carton has curdled in my drinks and has made me feel really unwell! I’ve had to chuck the rest away.
