The tubing on stethoscopes eventually cracks, especially if you wrap it around your neck a lot. But this allows for a new colour! And I like that. This one is a little bit longer than most which I like since my patients sometimes try to bite me. Upon arrival it is quite loose and bendable, which is great. The colour is fantastic, super happy and bright, perfect for my unicorn self. And it works just fine with my litman bell. Love it. I had orange last time. Lasted about four years. Not bad.

This product needs only your Littman chest piece! The tubing is longer than what you get on a new Littman stethoscope. The diameter is wider, making it easier to hear breath sounds (my coworkers tried mine & agreed).. The quality of the earpieces is indistinguishable from Littman. You get a much wider choice of colors, and it's way cheaper than buying a new stethoscope. I recommend this product to any health professionals.

Used this on my Littman Cardiology 3 that needed new tubing. Worked like a charm. But it's difficult to get the head of the stethoscope on there. I wasn't strong enough and had to get my husband to do it for me. But the good thing about that is, it made a good tight seal and I can still hear really well. I'm hard of hearing and Littman is one of the only stethoscopes I can use. While this tubing is definitely not Littman quality, it will work for now while money is tight and I am finishing Nurse Prac school.

I’ve had this stethoscope a few months now and my only complaint is that it doesn’t stay around my neck. It must be the type of plastic that doesn’t allow it to stay in position. It doesn’t affects its use but it is annoying that it falls off my neck when I’m working with a patient. It took some elbow grease to remove the bell from my old stethoscope and easy to push it into this new one.

This fits my Littman bell perfectly! Came with new earpieces! Sounds very clear - just as good as the original! Price beats buying brand new complete Littman!

Love the color of this tubing! My first and previous stethoscope was a Cardiology III. The tubing cracked from overuse of those purple wipes to clean it. It lasted 2.5 years. :/ I was excited to learn that I could order new tubing instead of an expensive new stethoscope. After some stretching of the end of the tubing, I managed to pull my Cardiology III bell into it! I love it. It works perfectly!!
