Works well. Smells good. After using I have not had more field mice come in.

Initially there is a strong, but pleasant, peppermint fragrance that is sure to ward off rodents. After only 2 days, you couldn't even smell it any longer and the little mice was just as happy as could be. Maybe it works for rats? Don't know.

Convenient spray bottle. This versus grocery store essential oils is no contest. It's not pure oil but works the same for me at way less cost. Highly recommended.

Not as potent and seemed watered down. The peppermint aroma lasted minutes and tales more than half the product to possibly see or smell impact.
