Best easiest rice cooker
Love this brand. Makes rice cooking way easier. Easy to clean. Love the ceramic for food safety and cleaning and none sticking. I make sushi rice white rice. It does it all very not good quality. Multiple colors. Very fast. Make two cups of rice you get four cups of perfection. Ready to eat. It's light weight which is important for me as I can't move things heavy. So very portable. And I know the instructions say not to leave on warm mode for more than 2 hours. But I wanted to see what would happen. And that thing stayed on. For 11 hours and 52 minutes. I don't recommend that but I was a curious Beaver. And when I took that rice out of there. It was still good tasting little dry obviously but not bad that it stayed consistent. The buttons on top you have to push hard to work because there not really buttons it's just flat and hard so easy to wipe down but the buttons are a bit difficult to use in my opinion but still like it. But if they could fix that in future model would appreciate.

Space saver, zero mess
The media could not be loaded. For 2 cup version, space saver. Zero mess. Intuitive, user friendly. Decent price. Tried with jasmine rice. The tiny pot made enough for 1-2 meals. Maybe 3-4 if you eat small portions. One annoying thing: see video. Few min before done the countdown timer started increasing one minute at a time.1. Compact Size: see photos with a roll of paper towel. Perfect for kitchenette.2. Easy cleaning: spout barely spewed out water, most excess water remained in the canal area (when you open) without leaking to other parts. Inside top can easily remove.3. Normal taste: Cooked rice texture/flavour was similar to the basic rice cookers with the glass top.4. Buttons: buttons are touch, not tactical (said by another reviewer). They worked perfectly for me (not sure if it will break over time). love the big button to open.5. Cooking ability: I only tried white rice and works fine. (In the past I bought fancy rice cookers about $200-300 range, made in Japan and Korea but I ended up only using start end buttons to cook white rice and didn’t bother with the other buttons).

Green life rice, white and brown rice, quinoa and steel cut oats
This little guy is the best! I bought a white one to use in our motorhome. I liked it so much I purchased the red one to keep at home and I use it every morning to fix steel cut oats for my husband and myself. It depends on the oats but the quick steel cut oats take 25 minutes and the other ones take 40min. They come out perfect every time. I love everything about it. It’s the perfect size for storage and the quality is great!!

My first rice cooker
After getting tired of unevenly cooked rice in my older pots, I decided to finally buy one of these. It does the job. If you already have a pressure cooker, like an instapot, then you can use that if you have a larger family to cook for. In my case the rice is mainly for me so my pressure cooker was just too big.It is not too expensive so it's okay to splurge on this. The only negatives are that the base cooking time is a few minutes too long for how I like my rice. The other negative is it doesn't really "seal" like a pressure cooker. The first time I used it the steam came out of the top, condensed, and basically made a puddle on my counter. I put a paper towel over the top now to absorb any moisture. Seems counter intuitive that all this steam escapes, but I have learned to deal with it. Also, because of the escaping steam it is easy to burn your hand so keep kids away and don't wait to cover the hole if you choose to do so.

Really nice easy to clean small rice/barley/bean etc cooker
This is great for rice etc. Rice/ barley cook easily and just right.Easy to clean. It never overheats or boils over like some other brands can.Depending on the ratio of water you can cook about 1 1/2 cups rice at 2 : 1 water to rice , or more rice if you use a lower ratio. If they had a model that was twice as large it would be fantastic.

Love it - but the durability is questionable and customer service is horrid
I love this rice cooker - it is the perfect size and easy to use; but it has not lasted. I bought it in January - so just about three months ago. I am very careful in my use and cleaning. I only use the plastic "spoon" they provide. I use a dishcloth, and then put it in the dishwasher. But, even with my careful approach, the inside is already chipping and the non-stick is compromised. There doesn't seem to be any way to order a replacement container. So I am disappointed, to say the least. I really dislike the concept of needing to buy a whole new cooker, just because the container has started to chip.*Added after working with customer service* I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement inner container. Instead of answering that question they made me go through the warranty claim process and submit photos. NOTE: I was NOT submitting a warranty claim. I was just trying to find out if I could BUY a replacement container. As I told the agent - I have never worked so hard to try and spend my money on someone's product. Instead I was told the chipping was "normal" and because of the fact it was a ceramic coating, there was no risk to me or potential heath hazard because as they said:"Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion.Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use.The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium."I pointed out I was in manufacturing myself and I knew spin when I saw it, and once again asked if I could purchase a replacement container. Only after asking the same question in three emails did the company finally say, no they did not sell replacement parts. If the company can't answer a straightforward question or stand behind their products by offering replacement parts, then don't waste your money with that Company. I wish I had know all this before I bought the product. So, I am writing a long review to help others make a truly informed decision.
