These images were clicked immediately after receiving the package as we prepared to install themWe noticed very obvious marks and signs of previous usage and we knew we were delivered a product that was previously returned or used. Right now we have requested for replacement and waiting for the same. So disappointed after paying such a high amount.Latest update - received replacement with again a used product, the warranty label on the product shows it’s manufactured in 2018 . With clear signs of use and tear.
