A Product Is As Good As Support Provided
I purchased this product to be be used as a WiFi printer, the box or the instructions don't have anything clearly mentioned on how to do it, so I reached out to seller, and voila they are on the call and helping me to it perfectly, later and got some issues due to network reconfigurations, called again, superb support as usual, issue fixed on call. I'm very happy with the product, and it reaffirms my belief that it's the support which ultimately defines the quality of the product. My suggestion to the company - It would really be great if they can include complete documentation on how to configure the printer with lan/bluetooth/wifi etc, so that customer can do it himself, it would help the company by not overloading the support team with things that customer can do himself if enough information is provided.
