ComposiMold Flex Reusable Mold Making for Chocolate Molds, Soap, Low Melt Wax and Flexible Mold Making 20oz

I find myself needed to make quick one-off molds for projects. I don't always want to spend the money on a more permanent silicone mold. This material is the perfect solution. It melts quickly in the microwave, pours easily, cools relatively quickly, and is really rugged when cool. When I say rugged... I mean I've really abused this stuff pulling more complex originals out of the mold. Things I should have carefully cut out... well... I just hauled them out with little damage to the mold.This stuff also cleans up well. Once I cast my pieces, a little rinse in water flushes most of the excess casting material away and I'm good to go to melt the mold down for the next project.I would definitely recommend this to folks that find themselves needing to make quick, one-time molds.

This is a great product for many mediums but I bought it for lost wax casting and the wax melted the mold and made a mess I had to toss out the mold as well as the wax as they melted/ blended togetherI think very low temps would be fine but not wax.

Mold melts and works great. I don’t know if I got a bad batch but it smells just awful. A review says it smells like oranges, so mine must have been a bad batch. I bought 2 and they both reeeek. I hate to put them in my microwave. They did the job though.

Smaller than I thought it would be but I'm sure it will make up in versatility and hopefully time! It melts down quickly and solidifies quickly as well! It was very firm to the touch and solid when cutting some chunks out to try it. It remained hot to the touch after 30 seconds in the microwave so make sure you have heat resistant containers to pour into.The best part about this product (other than its versatility) is that it SMELLS LIKE ORANGES!!! Very cool♡

I've been using this product for a few years now. I get a great impression of the original item I used to mold. The best part is when I've finished using the mold I can melt it again to make a mold for my next project and then repeat again. This makes the product very economical.

this came well packaged and included information. It's easy to reuse. It will hold up under body heat temperatures ie: won't melt in your hands or at room temperature. It does have a slight smell that never seems to go away. Also, it becomes slimy if washed...even if you're using cold water. Otherwise, I would consider this a good product.
