The result is a much more dynamic and modern lighting look.Setup was quick and easy—just peel and stick. The adhesive holds well, even on textured walls. I used it along the ceiling edges, and it instantly gave the room a cozy, ambient vibe.What makes it stand out:• The Govee Home app is super user-friendly. You can choose from tons of effects, make your own DIY color scenes, or sync with music using your phone mic.• The music sync mode is awesome—especially during movie nights or gaming. It reacts surprisingly well to beats, adding another layer of immersion.• It’s bright enough to light the room softly but not harshly. You can dim it too, which is great for relaxing in the evening.• The Bluetooth connectivity is stable. I’ve had no connection drops, and the app responds quickly.Only small con: it doesn’t work with Wi-Fi or Alexa/Google voice control (Bluetooth only), so you can’t control it when you’re away from home. But for my use, that wasn’t a big deal.Overall, if you’re looking to upgrade your room, gaming setup, or even a party space, these Govee lights are a perfect pick. The Govee RGBIC LED Strip Lights are a great way to add color to a room or create some ambient lighting in your space. Not only are they kind to your bank account, but they have a ton of features that you will love! This set doesn’t come with a remote but you can use the app on your phone to control the settings. We have multiple Govee devices and they are all controlled within that one app which is nice because we don’t need multiple remotes. The LED strip lights are easy to install, fit our space perfectly and have bright vibrant colors. There is a music-sync mode as well as scene modes that you can use to set the tone for your room. We enjoy changing the colors to match our favorite sports teams when we are watching the games on tv. We love these lights!!*Just a note, make sure that the surface you are installing them on is clean and dust free so the adhesive sticks.

I purchased these to use in a very small home office. I needed something to jazz up the space. Wow, do these jazz it up! There are a ton of presets for seasons, moods, etc or you can set your own. They’re easily turned on/off or altered patterns from the app. It was really easy to connect the app to my set. I’ve had these up for over a year and they continue to work well and bring me joy. They are not so bright as to be distracting, but a good change to the ambiance of a small space.

Overall, a great price for an LED strip. Bought two of the smallest kits and my son love them. I put them up under his lofted bed. It's the first thing he turns on in the morning. The colors are bright and fun and easy to use. My only gripe is that when you turn them off they really don't turn off at all. In a pitch black room you can see the LEDs are dimly lit, constantly on, and drawing power. However, it was a very cheap kit and works pretty well.

Bought these to put RGB under my bed frame - it came with some but they didn’t implement it well so I bought these to improve it. The adhesive stuck well to the metal bed frame, the app is cool and easy to use, and has a lot of functions. Haven’t tried the music reactivity or anything like that but it seems to work pretty well. Would buy again 👍🏼

Lights are amazing easy to install my problem is they don’t shut off completely we have these in a completely blacked out bedroom and when you turn them off they stay on as white lights have to unplug them to completely shut them off big hassle…. Govee sending me a new set we will see how it goes lights are wonderful just want them to shut off

The lights are easy to setup and work great with the app. I was a bit skeptical about the usability of the lights utilizing Bluetooth connectivity alone, however they perform excellent to my surprise. Especially for the price. I would however like the option of using a standalone remote as in previous models so as to not have to pull out the phone every to e you want to make a change.
