I’ve been using the Govee RGBIC Floor Lamps for a few years now, and I’m currently up to five of them spread throughout my home. That alone should give you an idea of how much I love these lights. I started with one in my living room to see how I liked it, and now they’ve become a core part of my lighting setup in multiple rooms. Every time I’ve bought a new one, I’ve been reminded of how impressive these really are.First off, they look fantastic. The slim, minimalist design lets them tuck neatly into corners without taking up space or drawing attention to themselves—until you turn them on, that is. Then they become the focal point of the whole room. The RGBIC lighting is what really sets them apart. Each segment of the lamp can display different colors at the same time, which creates these smooth, dynamic lighting effects that look a lot more high-end than the price tag would suggest.The light is bright enough to set the mood in a room but never harsh. I’ve used them as ambient lighting behind furniture, accent lighting for game nights or movie time, and even just soft background light while reading or relaxing. Because of the slim profile, they work well in corners where standard lamps would look bulky or awkward. And when you have more than one in a room—or in nearby rooms—you can sync them up in the Govee app to create a coordinated lighting setup that looks incredible.Speaking of the app, it’s excellent. You get full control over colors, brightness, speed, and effects. There are tons of preset scenes to choose from, or you can dive into DIY mode and create your own patterns. You can also schedule lighting changes, sync them with music, or pair them with your other Govee devices for even more customization. I use Alexa for voice control too, and that works flawlessly.I’ve had the first lamp for about three years now, and it still performs just like it did on day one. No flickering, no color fade, no weird noises—just reliable, vibrant light. All five of mine have been consistently solid. Govee’s build quality has really impressed me across the board, and these lamps are no exception.Whether you’re decking out a gaming space, adding some personality to a living room, or just want lighting that does more than the usual on/off routine, this lamp delivers. The fact that I’ve bought five (and am honestly thinking about getting a sixth) says it all. Great value, great performance, and just a really fun, beautiful addition to any room.

I really do like the lamp. I keep it on soft colors mostly in the corner of my living room. I set up timers with alexa to turn it on at sunset, and off at a certain time. It also comes on 10 min before my alarm and goes off 10 min after I leave for work. I experienced the same issue a couple of other people had, where the power went out and the lamp stopped working. I purchased it about 4 months ago. According to other reviews they said Govee wouldn't do anything for them as it was passed the 90 days. I did NOT have that same experience. I went to their website directly. Went to support. Clicked contact us. Scrolled to the bottom and clicked on returns and refunds and it shows a 12 month warranty on smart lamps. So I reached out and told them what the problem was. I use the order number from Amazon. They had me unplug the wires from the strip (opposite of what you do when you put it together) and leave unplugged for 10 minutes. I tried some more lights came on, but it still didn't work. I replied back to them, and they appologized and sent me a new one.

Exactly what I was looking for. Something elegant and streamlined to add more light to my living room space. Thin, black metal, LED floor lamp with warm light. Not only does is meet those requirements, but it has 6 dimming/brightness levels, slide control to refine the warmth, multiple other light color options, all controllable remotely via their Govee app which is great! Can tuck away wire and the physical switch due ti remote control. Additional features advertised I am sure add even more to the value! Defo recommend. Might buy more products from Govee!

Wow, this went up $30 in a matter of days.Leaving four stars because the instructions and the assembly were confusing. I looked at the instructions on two separate occasions and gave up. The third time reviewing the instructions made more sense when I re-opened the box and pulled out all the components. Adding the light strip to the pole was ridiculous. If you don’t put the light strip on in a exact way, it will appear too long. It took several attempts to add the light strip to the pole. On the third or fourth attempt, I was successful.It would have been better if there was a way ti change the colors without downloading the app.

I wanted one of these lights, so I looked, read reviews, and one review made a good point: The person stated 'I should have been smarter and bought a Govee light'. That made the decision easy for me, and I decided to buy this light from Govee. I watched the video on how to assemble the light. It was easy. The light was delivered, and 15 minutes later, it was working. Pairing it with Alexa was done in two minutes. Now I'm the one to say in a review, go Govee. I love the light.

Love the Govee floor lamp! I was looking for lighting that can bring some more ambiance to my room and this is perfect! It’s easy to set up, the quality is amazing and you won’t regret this purchase!

I love this light! I will be purchasing another since I originally bought it for my office but put this behind the couch in a corner of the living room and it look amazing. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this lamp! Can pick any color/theme you want all on the app on your phone. You can have the lights bounce or to a thunderstorm and so much more. It has holiday themes as well! The quality is amazing, can make it super bright or dim. Fits perfectly in a corner. Super easy to install! Is pricy but definitely worth it. Will more than likely get another one soon!
