Never had an issue with it. Had it for three years now and literally no lagging, no memory issues, etc. Genuinely the only issue I have with it is the camera isn't great. Granted it's better than a lot of Samsung phone cameras at least older ones I've had in the past but it does leave something to be desired. The speaker isn't half bad but the microphone is ass. Doesn't cause any problems for phone calls but videos sound terrible. Battery life is fantastic even after three years of abuse lol. Genuinely great especially considering the price. Flagship companies like Samsung will cost three times as much And give you a plastic brick that will last you six months before having issues.

The hardware of this phone is genuinely good for the money. The camera and screen are pretty good. However, I still regret my purchase, because this is definitely the worst Android implementation I've ever used. There are all kinds of little annoyances that make the phone difficult to use. I think some of them are caused by the phone's every aggressive limitation on processes running in the background. This means that it randomly disconnects from my home wifi network several times a day, and it's impossible to have a weather app that auto-starts and updates the temperature for you, and that none of the shake-flashlight apps will work. I wanted this phone to last a while but I think it's going to drive me nuts sooner or later.

It's a really good phone.

Excellent smartphone. Very little lag even with navigation apps. Great screen and camera. You get a lot of phone for not a lot of money.

The volume on the phone is too low and you have to keep it on speaker phone to listen to what being said

In my initial review I complained that support for this item was poor. I never did get a useful response when I tried to use email to obtain warranty service, but while scrolling through the phone's apps I saw "Support Center". I called the support center and I received a return authorization for the phone. The phone was repaired and returned to me eight days after I sent it in for service, which I consider excellent response.
