I started using these several years ago after my doctor said my vitamin B level was very low. She said these work great. I have found that they do work and had the blood work to prove it. They can be swallowed but they are designed to dissolve under the tongue. They are very small and the taste is okay. I don't really notice a taste and they only take a few seconds to dissolve. Highly recommend.

I felt slow and sluggish so I decided to try this B12. I noticed that I seem to have more energy and actual interest in doing things! It is sub lingual so it dissolves under your tongue, tastes great and seems to work very well!

LOVE this product. I was feeling so fatigued, cranky, etc. I'm a vegetarian and thought I was getting enough B vitamin in my super B vitamin complex, but I was wrong. A nurse practitioner friend of mine recommend I take B12.. After doing my research I thought this was the best product for me. After only 5 days of taking this I actually wake up feeling refreshed, I don't need energy drinks to keep me awake, it is much easier to complete my workout regime every day (for some reason I can breath easier), and I feel happier. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and I love the taste of this tiny pill that melts in less than 2 minutes in my mouth.

I feel a difference when I take this B-12. It’s best to take sublingual B-12 and take more than one B at a time for best absorption. B’s are synergistic and work much better together than separate. This product meets this criteria. I usually add a non sublingual B-Complex as well.

I purchased this product as a gastric bypass patient, as it had the methylcobalamin version of B12 (which is more bioavailable) as well as B6 and folic acid.It is not tasty. In fact, it's quite disgusting and very much as a 'medicine' flavor to it. But given what I'm getting in such a small pill, I will continue to use this. It dissolves quickly and provides me with the extra nutrition that I need, and at this dose, I only need to take it twice a week. Following it up with a better tasting vitamin or a few sips of a tasty drink makes the nasty taste completely worth it.

Excellent Price and Quality

I have been on this for a couple of years now because my Doctor told me to take it. My B12 and iron was extremely low due lack of absorption because I took omeprazole and nexium. I was extremely tired all the time. Just after taking B12 shots to begin with for 2 weeks and now once a month the difference was amazing. The Doctor still told me to take B12 with folic acid. This is the one he suggested. The difference is like night and day. My levels are up now as I go back for checkups every 6 months. I will always take this. I will never be without it. I never want to feel the way I did before. Great product!

This is something I will keep using. I use about three or four a day. I definitely feel the B12 energy. The folate with it is important to protein metabolism. The company is right to stick to content not volume. The pill size is nice and quickly dissolves.
