All looks like new works well and fast well packaged well made good quality and excellent value for money.

Arrived next day. Looks brand new to me. Screen, mouse, keyboards, leads and the computer all for much less than 200. All works fine. Windows 11 onboard. Has dvd slot which I was not expecting. Loads of usb ports. The usual time needed to get round windows and load everything but nothing too difficult. Obviously this is not a high spec gaming matching but it runs windows 11 and does everything i need; spreadsheets, documents, printing, finding information on internet. Faster than my older windows 10 machine. So I'm very happy. Would recoommend.

What secure packaging lots of time taken on this, Now then all the Components looked Brand New not a blemish. The quality of each piece astounded us for this Price ! The specifications on this PC was amazing and after a simple set up the graphics Speed and simplicity are Amazing !What a bargain ! I ordered this as a standard PC for email and office activities, the first one arrived and had a broken stand and also no sound as something was stuck in the headphone jack (obviously not checked before despatch) the second one arrived 2 days days later and very pleased with it ! 22" Dell screen and very fast compared to my old PC.I even downloaded a racing game just for fun and it runs its great, worth buying refurbished as its environmentally friendly and cheaper 4 STARS, would have had 5 if the first one was checked correctly.

Bought for my Mum who doesn't need much. One minor complaint is that I don't think the wifi dongle provided is great quality, so live streaming of TV (for example) is patchy. If it were just for that, 5 stars, amazing value. However, there is one big problem...The Hardware (including 4th Gen Intel Processor) does NOT meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11.Thay have managed to force install Windows 11 on the machines, and it works, but because the hardware does not meet the requirements, it is highly unlikely that they will update beyond the installed version 21h2. In addition, if you were to have to reinstall Windows in the future, it would likely fail.By stating that the machines run Windows 11 they are stating a fact. But it is highly misleading. The hardware is not of Windows 11 standard, and may lead to failures in the future.

Computer absolutely fine very happy with it. Had a small problem, which the seller attended to immediately and really put themselves out to make sure it was solved. Customer service second to none, very efficient and honestly couldn't have been better. I would buy from this seller again without a doubt.

The processor has windows 11 installed however the processor is not compatible for windows 11 according to Microsoft and needs a higher TPM number 1.2 is to low and it's an end of life processor so you can't get any updates from Dell. Because of this i can't get any windows 11 updates. Make sure the processors are windows 11 compatible and have the TPM number of 2 and not end of life. The processor needs work doing to it to make it compatible. The monitor and keyboard are good the keyboard does have a few letters missing because of the processor only three stars.
