Chewing and tasty gummy, to me it gives me quite a bit of energy. It lasts for while, I take two gummy a day. I take two at the same time. These sea moss are very good to me. You have to try it for yourselves don't take my words.

Tasty Way To Try Sea Moss
Gummies are delicious. I had not tried this brand before and I could easily eat them like candy. Since they are vitamins, I will cont!ol myself. From reading the reviews sea moss seems to have a passionate following. I notivrd the difference with my lungs I had a lot of dry mucuous and after a couple of nights taking the gummies I was hacking up the most disgusting lung butter!Could this be a placebo effect? Maybe, but what do you have to lose? At the very least your inflammation might be lessened and you will feel better. I enjoy trying out different vitamins and these were good. I anticipate buying them again.

The taste is great they don't have any funny after taste I just really started taking them so I haven't noticed any significant change yet but I do have a little more energy the price is good for the benefits I will definitely continue to take them and will be purchasing more.
