Skeptical about anything i buy like this because you never know what your getting. Got this due to a bad motorcycle accident. Tore all 3 ligaments in my ankle. BEST ANKLE SUPPORT EVER

I am recovering from an ankle fracture and after five months still have some swelling and pain issues. This is one of the best support sleeves and I have tried quite a few. The material is very comfortable yet provides a good grip. The strap is the key to the support. I feel this reduces the swelling and pain. My only issue is the velcro on the strap. If you are not careful, it catches on the sock and will ruin the material. maybe the designer should look into another way of securing the strap or a putting a protective surface on the sock.

I severely sprained my ankle & suffered 4 fractures in my ankle/lower leg. After 6-months I graduated from an ankle stirrup brace but I still needed support to prevent re-injury. An ankle [compression-type] sleeve wasn't enough. I found this provides the perfect amount of "intermediate" support. Specifically, the straps wrap around the ankle from both sides which give my ankle the needed support.This intermediate support would also be great for [uninjured] athletes to reduce the likelihood of ankle sprains/turned ankles (I've seen gymnasts wear these at my step-daughters competitions).In summary: if you need intermediate support - between a Gel Stirrup Brace & a compression sleeve - this is it. It's subtle profile allows you to wear this with just about any type of footwear (athletic & non-athletic).

I bought these because I was having horrendous pain in my ankle bones at the beginning of the year. These are the most uncomfortable things to wear simply because they feel like you have a hole in your sock being open toed. I had to wear them with socks to get rid of that sensation. Sure they keep your ankles stable, but they are bit too bulky to wear with socks and shoes. They might work well for others but they did nothing for me. Foot massage and exercises helped me get over that pain.

I found them to be true to sizing and fit well. They are made well and with the strap you can wrap it at the position that feels and supports your ankle the most. I have bought 4 different ankle products in the last month and this do what it states. The others were sent back because of various reasons ( wrong size, poor quality, no support, etc. ) You can wear it with or without the strap with any low cut shoe. I like just the strap when extended walking support is needed. And the best part you get two pairs of the product. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent product. My ankles feel weak when I swing aggressively at golf. These add the support I need without being cumbersome. Use just the sock portion for a good support. Add the elastic strap bands for even more support and use the amount of tightness you want or need. Very strong velcro will not weaken during exercise. I have used them for about two weeks for golf and weight training and like the confidence they provide. In a golf or running shoe I don't feel them. I know they are there but totally forget about them even after hours or a full 18 holes. I'm glad I chose these from all the available choices and would certainly buy them again.

I suffer from foot drop and I don’t like wearing my AFO. Reasoning not being to wear the shoes I like and be comfortable. This brace has been a life saver and a great alternative for me. I’m able to position the brace to hold my foot up enough so I won’t trip over myself. It stable, durable, & I love how strong the velcro is. Other braces I use the Velcro wears out pretty fast due to how active I am. In a nutshell I absolutely love this brace and the fact you get two! I highly recommend!
