I'm on an antidepressant that makes me want to drink more water, which has lead to me always feeling like I need to pee. I've also previously struggled with feeling like I need to go, but there being nothing there.I've only been taking it for four days or so, but the difference is immediate. I used to pee at least a dozen times a day. I could literally drink a couple of sips of water, and time how long it would take to reach my bladder (20 minutes btw) and regardless of how little there was, it always felt like I was going to pee my pants. I had to stop drinking anything at least two or three hours before bed, and I would still wake up three times a night, needing to pee.The other morning I woke up an hour earlier, and nearly cried because I slept through the entire night. I did wake up once last night, but I didn't take the third dose as close to bedtime, so I'll be doing that during the two week period you have to take three per day, then I'll take it at night for a couple more weeks. Initially I only took two per day (I'm tiny so most doses are a bit much for me) but three per day initially seems to work well.Seriously, if you think you have bladder issues and want to have your life back (as in, you don't have to worry about needing to go, you can sleep through the night, you can go out with friends and not constantly be leaving to pee) give this a try. It isn't something you are supposed to take forever, just a higher amount at first, then one per day, and after that you should be alright.Update: original review posted on 4/22/2024, it is currently May 2 a week or so later. So far it's still working really well, I'm only taking it when I wake up and go to bed now, so only twice a day, and I'll probably start just taking it at night. Ive woken up maybe once at night to pee MAYBE a couple of times since the original review. I started my period and THAT actually woke me up more throughout the night, and I didn't have to get up or anything, my cramps were just bad. Normally if I wake up, I have to go pee, because the sensation of needing to go isn't something I can ignore, even though when I do go, there's maybe a few drops. Ive been going less during the day, and I can say that with certainty. Not sure if I mentioned above, but normally I could have something to drink, maybe a few sips or a couple of mouthfuls, and I could look at a clock, and roughly 20 minutes later I would feel like I was about to pee my pants, but again, there would be very little there.For me, this improvement is astronomical. I have sensory issues, especially with sleep, which is why just needing to go a tiny bit means I HAVE to get up and go, and now, my bladder doesn't tell me until there's actually a decent amount, that it's time to go, if that makes sense. Like my bladder would be at 5% capacity and it would feel like 90%, and now it's closer to what it should be. Seriously, if you think this might help, give it a try.

With weight gain along came the undesirable ‘side effects’, stress incontinence being one of them.I was at the point where I was having to plan ahead knowing where restrooms would be if I went out for short trips.Since taking this supplement I now can relax & not have to be feel hesitant about going out.Definitely would recommend to others & have repurchased several times.

I do think that this product helps. I have been on it for four months. I take one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon. While it's not a miracle cure-all, it does reduce my urgency and it helps keep my bladder from feeling full so quickly. I recently went on a road trip to New Orleans (10 hours in the car); my "normal" bladder issues would make me stop every 30 to 90 minutes. I only had to stop three times during those 10 hours. I was drinking alcohol (I was NOT the driver) and water the whole time. I plan to stay on these pills long term.

Amazing - double dose eliminated urgency, approved by urologist - 2 caps 3 times a day. This natural version helped with single dose on bottle, ut shocked us happily with Double, deemed safe long term by doctor after seeing ingredients. Yayyyyyyyyyyyy!

I like the product but I am not paying for broken capsules! It is not cheap and I wondered why I kept getting powder on my hands. Multiple damaged capsules. This should not happen with any type of quality assurance check. Do better! Will not purchase again.

This is fantastic product and works as described on day one.

As a nurse, over the years my body has become conditioned to hold urine for 12hrs and let it go when I lay down. Obviously this can lead to trouble, falling asleep and staying asleep when you are waking up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom. Simply taking these as directed as put a stop to the discomfort and sleep disturbances that I was having.

Really helped my OAB and the need to have to run the minute I felt the urge.
