Q: How do you put in batteries?

The battieries are located in the bottom. The silver ring on the bottom unscews and the batteries are placed into the little tower that comes out. Hopefully this helps you.

Q: How difficult is this to clean? I want to use this for a project with my kids.

I use it for my resin projects, and after mixing I wipe it with a paper towel then I use paper wipes. It cleans up nicely. I have also used alcohol wipes. Hope this helps.

It seems everybody does it just requires a 1/4" hex driver to make it work
