We think these are pretty good, especially during the winter months when natural vitamin D is scarce. My wife thinks these have done wonders for her fingernails amongst other things, I think they work too as I have recently bought some more.

Excellent selection of multi vitamins for me now i am finally over 50 ! They are quite big but being tablets and not capsules relatively easy to swallow. Its a bit early to tell if these will make a difference but i will report back in a month or so.
