Ideal.
I was going to buy the caps with 'hours since opened' for those with ADHD struggling to take meds. I couldn't afford them as I'd need several. So instead, I bought this. I love the colours, the fact that each is dated and the quality of each day's box. It allows you only to store meds for AM and PM rather than four times a day, but I have found it simple to use as I take mine at 7am and 3pm. There is room for my vitamins and prescribed medications, and the boxes are easy to remove but with sufficient 'grab' that they don't just fall over when I move the unit as a whole. I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again. There is something very satisfying about taking the ten minutes when my meds have kicked in, to prepare the moth with a pleasing click sound each time one is filled. It is also useful as I can clearly see if I have sufficient tablets left before I order a repeat and beats the pharmacy's alternative which was to request a weekly rather than monthly prescription from the GP to allow for dosettes to be issued to me. It is very easy for me to see if I have taken my AM dose or not so I don't miss one or double dose by accident. Best few quid I've spent this year.

fit for purpose, brilliant for price
I really do recommend this product, it's such a lifesaver and is helping me stay on track with my meds and figure out when I need to order my scripts. super helpful as I have brain fog a lot of the time, it's easy to forget until you realise you're on your last few pills, whereas with this I know for definite what date I'll run out on.I found it easy enough to fill, the caps may be more difficult for people with worse dexterity issues, but that's true for all of these things. I saw reviews about the caps not opening enough to leave them open to fill all at once easier, but you can just pull them out entirely, and then click back in once finished. some lids click in more secure than others, so they may have a better air seal but are also harder to open. somewhat unavoidable in my experiences with tablet boxes.the numbering will have to be redone, one has already lost some ink so I'll have to find a sharpie or a sticker to fix that over time.these boxes also hold a surprising amount of tablets and capsules, I did have concerns all my meds wouldn't fit but they did. you might have to do some finessing to get them all in, but they do fit and fit without crushing quite well.

Pills galore
Great for my morning and night pills. Colourful and handy as the days fully come off the stand. So you can pop in your handbag or suitcase

Handy, colourful pill organiser
I take several blood pressure pills, iron pills, and painkillers each day, and this colourful organiser is a great way to make sure I don't miss out on a dose. It also lets me see in advance, if I need to re-order any of my pills - very handy!I like having a monthly organiser, as it's a lot more convenient than a weekly one, where it seems like you're forever filling it up again. And the lovely bright colours make it nice to look at.One of the things I really liked about this, is that it had actual dates of the month, instead of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc. Hadn't seen that before. Another good feature, is that each 'day' is a separate compartment, that is placed inside the base. So if you're going away anywhere, you can just detach the required days to take with you, rather than having to take the whole thing. Many people have commented that it's fiddly to open each compartment - yes, if you try to open it with the tabs, it's tricky. But I found, if you open it from the corner, not the tab, it's so much easier.Really glad I got this. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommended
I'm really pleased with this. I found the choice of Pill Organisers bewildering, but was able to quickly weed out some that weren't appropriate, were too small or flimsy from great candid reviews here. I've been using mine for 3 weeks and am delighted with it.My small criticism is that the containers are a little fiddly to open, but there is a knack to it: If they don't open easily when you use the thumb push, they respond to a nail lifting a corner gently. You will need to consider this is the user has weak or arthritic hands, For my purposes I need them to be tight closing, as I have cats who might ingest a tablet that escapes a weak closure.I was surprised to see some reviews comment that they take a long time to load. While this is true, you don't have to tackle the whole month at one go! I load a week at a time when I have a few free minutes which makes the job easier, but of course, that depends on how you are using it. I use mine to save fiddling about in the morning with several different meds when I'm usually in a hurry. With this gadget I can pop the day's container in my handbag to take when I'm out if I'm really pushed.I take 2 paracetamol size tablets, 3 large capsules, 2 small capsules and 3 medium size tablets together, and they fit fine so long as I put the bigger tablets in first. It wouldn't take much more.

So useful for everyday and travel
I fill this with my whole month's prescription. I'm the type that forgets my meds constantly. It's so easy for me to check the date and my morning and evening meds. I take the next days meds out when I have my evening ones and put it by the kettle ready to go. When travelling I put the days I'll be away in my bag and I find it easier to keep track and to ensure I've got enough
