Excellent replacement for the old seat. And once you get the hang of how to operate - basically remember to lift the lid - there's very little splashback.Would recommend.

A perfect product, with delivery from Germany - which was not obvious at time of order placement. Delivery was somewhat longer than anticipated, but it arrived undamaged and was easy to fit with a more modern 'quick fit' attachment than the original seat assembly of 10 years ago.

Bought this as replacement seat for our Ideal Standard Tonic pan (pre-2010). Good quality but expensive. The original seat was still OK although two of the seat pads had broken and soft close valves had stopped working (it was 12 years old!) Unable to replace SC valves with original seat design but new seat just purchased has a better quick release mechanism for cleaning and the SC cartridges are now replaceable at a much more modest cost. An investment for the future. A bit sad and pathetic that a toilet seat is seen as an investment but there we are.

I bought this as an Amazon Warehouse product. Looks good, works well and the price was great. Excellent.

Bought this to replace an old Tonic seat, does not fit as well, screws had to be cut down to make it fit as the fixing as slightly wider apart than the original. Not made as strong as original, hence we've had it less than a month and the lid has already cracked.
