I purchased this item a year and a half ago for a work event because the previous serving set included two pieces and it broke where they were joined. It was a very flimsy, but not this product! It is made in one solid sheet in the metal is very thick/sturdy/weighted.I loved it so much for work that I knew that I wanna go purchase it for myself at home and personal events. I absolutely love it!I do recommend washing and drying immediately vs air drying.The timeless design and durability are simply perfect. I purchased this set for my husband’s surprise dinner. I cut his cake seamlessly, it was a very sharp knife. The cake server was an excellent weight. It looked nice on the table. Excellent quality and a nice weight. Buy it.

Very pretty set. Knife does not seem as sharp as it should be, but I will try sharpening it. Nice set I will keep for birthday parties.
