High quality iron
The last couple of years I have slipped into anemia, and once you get in it, it can take you a long time to stay out. Initially, it started when I stopped eating meat. I could already tell I was anemic because I was constantly craving meat like no tomorrow, but I had severe exhaustion like I felt like I was dying. Eventually, I did some blood work that showed the obvious, but I just wanted to see my levels with everything. Once I started to supplement, I started to feel better after about a week, but you really should take them for a few months depending on how low you are. Anyway, it's been happening again even though I do eat meat now, and I tried this supplement on top of another one I was using. I can tell that this is potent, because I felt better quite quickly. I always take a fiber supplement with my iron to avoid constipation since I will create more medical problems if I get it, so I can't tell you if it is constipating. However, it is not uncommon to have issues in that department when taking a supplement and sometimes stomach discomfort which I didn't have with this. I do, however, break out terribly with acne when I take an iron supplement, and I haven't seen a way around it yet so I'm having to up my game with my skin products. But that doesn't really help all the other places on my body I break out like on my scalp or back which I normally don't get pimples at all anymore unless I'm taking a supplement in iron or certain B vitamins. Anyway, this definitely works, but I have to take a few day break because of my acne that's making me insecure. I am just working on eating more red meat during that little break and will continue taking these again since I know I need to take them for a while longer.

Taking it every other day
My doctor recommended a much lower dose of iron for my anemia so I am taking these capsules every other day. From what I have researched, this is often an effective way to take iron. I'll check with my doctor on my next visit and my labs will show if this is working well or if I need to cut back further.Dosage of supplements is so dependent on size, medical conditions, and individual needs, so serving recommendations always need to be adjusted accordingly and with such a high dose of iron, its especially important to be cautious since iron overdoses can also cause toxic symptoms. These capsules are slightly smaller than average and very easy to swallow. I couldn't find any information on third-party testing would make me feel better about this product but the website and founder information looked legitimate enough that I felt safe taking these.

Might be helping for chronic fatigue
While anyone who knows or sees me, believes I have robust health. The reality is that while I don't know of any specific maladies, I have always suffered from bouts of fatigue. I eat a very health diet in my food choices and lots of plant based nutrients, but I probably do not eat enough. Fatigue makes cooking seem like an impossible chore at times and I very little prepared/purchased food. All that being said, I suspect, at times that low iron intake might play a small role in view of iron's importance in healthy red blood cells and transporting oxygen to the cells to produce energy. I also limit foods that contain the highest concentrations of iron, aka red meat. This is surprisingly, the first experiment with iron supplements. I have had a small bit of fear after reading that iron can actually aid the growth of cancer cells, if cancer is present in your body. I've started taking these with a few other supplements to encourage energy increase, most notably a B vitamin which makes it less conclusive which item is doing the heavy lifting, but on some days seem to have a more energetic feeling for most of the day. Perhaps the iron has contributed toward that. No supplement is a magic bullet and I believe diet should always be first in supplying your essential nutrients. But that being said, I will continue to use this iron going forward.

High dose of iron--perhaps too high?
These are medium sized capsules and would be pretty easy to swallow. The capsules are vegan. I like that it is free of many common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy, etc.I don’t like how high the dose for each capsule is. After a little research, I think the dose is too high for me (and probably anyone who is not severely anemic). Many of us probably ignore the advice “as directed by your healthcare practitioner” on supplements—on this one, I think I will check first.

Did not work for me, your results may vary, use caution and research before switching.
I have an iron deficiency that I need to stay on top of or I get annoying symptoms. Normally I take a slow release iron from the local pharmacy, available over the counter, nothing fancy and it gets the job done.I decided to try this version to see how it worked but unfortunately it was an absolute no. After a week or so being on this supplement, my annoying symptoms returned. Once I switched back to the regular iron supplements I normally take, my symptoms subsided. The only change was the supplement I was taking, so I can only conclude that these did not work for me.It would be worth looking up studies on how liposomal iron works compared to regular or IV supplementation if you're making the switch, and of course always check with a medical professional before taking any supplement or medication.
