i think it's working!
We have 2 cats. Cat #1 startles very easily and bullies cat #2. Cat #2 started peeing on the floor just outside the litter box about 2 years ago when a dog came to visit for the weekend and ever since, has done that every few days. (does not have a UTI.) I gave them both P** N** of Ver***t calming chew treats for a couple of years and saw no effect. I also used phermone diffusers- all different brands - for many years, and they did not work AT ALL for ANY cat i've ever had. I started both our cats on this Fera supplement a little over 1 month ago. I give them each 1/2 scoop twice/day, sprinkled into and stirred well into their dry cat food. I just realized this week that cat #1 hasn't been startled for a while! And cat #2 has gone 6 days w/o peeing on the floor! I can't believe it. I didn't think any calming agent would ever work. We had already been using the Fera probiotic powder, which worked very well (they rarely throw up since starting on it). i give the probiotic once in the AM and the calming powder twice per day, AM & PM. At first, I tried just sprinkling both powders on top, but the cats didn't like that at all. So I mixed the calming powder into the food, and sprinkled the probiotic powder on top, and they don't seem to notice it and eat all their food. The calming powder sticks nicely to the food. I usually stir it for about 10 seconds to make sure it is well mixed and doesn't stay on the bowl. However, if you stir the probiotic powder into the (dry) food, it just falls to the bottom of the bowl and stays there instead of sticking to the food. So it really has to be sprinkled on top. I have used many probiotics for various cats over the years and they have always worked. But this is the first time in many years of cat ownership that I've found a calming agent that actually does anything. I'm thrilled that it seems to be making a difference for our cats. Now I just hope they don't raise the price!

Great results
I have two anxious dogs. One we just adopted with extreme separation anxiety. I can really see the difference when using this product. It helps take some anxiety away, but honestly not all. I took my other dog to the vet yesterday for bloodwork, and gave him this about 1.5 hours prior to his appointment. He did better than usual. I prefer this to the medication they prescribe for anxiety, because for my dogs it seems to work the same. Not perfectly, but it takes the edge off and they calm down quicker.

My cat started refusing to eat
I added this to my cat’s food and for a while she was eating normally. This product is less expensive than zylkene and has its ingredient so I was hoping this would be a good substitute. Unfortunately, after a while My cat refused to eat her food. Once I stopped adding this she ate again. Not sure what other ingredients are making my cat refuse food, but I can’t use this at all now.

Opposite effect on my cats
Has the opposite effect on my 2 cats. They fight and hiss at each all the time now.Extremely disappointed, was hoping this worked for my stressed kitty. Also disappointed that it is not returnable/refundable, so I wasted $26.00 for something that does not work (on my cats at least) 🤷🏻♀️

Helps with grieving
This has been really helpful for my dog while we have been grieving the loss of his brothers. His pacing decreased and his anxious whining also decreased. We ran out for 5 days and his anxiety was very apparent during that time. When we got him back on it, it helped significantly like it had when we started it. Hope this helps someone who's furry friend may also be suffering <3

Great addition to Fera’s line of products
I am a longtime fan of Fera Pet Organics and was excited to see that they had a new Calming product. My dog, Clancy, is the apple of my eye but he’s also a rescue that is extremely anxious. Clancy barks if anything in his world feels off-balance, including when the scary garbage truck comes down the street or when the neighborhood crows have the audacity to walk along the backyard fence.Since using the Calming Support supplement, Clancy is noticeably more calm. He still barks at the garbage truck and those darn crows, but sometimes he actually ignores them now.The Calming Support supplement comes in a powder with clear dosing instructions. I mix the Calming Support and Fera’s Probiotics into Clancy’s food. Now he’s calmer and his BMs are perfection. Fera products are formulated by a veterinarian so I feel extremely confident when I give Clancy these supplements.

Seems to be working
I've been giving this powder to my cat for about 2 weeks after he was hospitalized because he was not eating. He had lost 2 lbs and when I got him home he was in bad shape, near death. His hair was falling out and he was over grooming, creating large red bald patches. Happy to report that after 2 weeks of feeding this powder, playing soft music and keeping a calm household, his hair is regrowing and he seems calmer. His appetite is huge now and he doesn't mind the taste of this powder on his food. It's spendy but so is taking him to the vet because he got sick from all that grooming and gave himself rashes. This is worth a try if your cat has anxiety and overgrooms.
