I’m highly disappointed with this product. I purchased the UrbanYog 3-in-1 dryer from your platform, and within a short period, it became completely unusable. The locking mechanism is broken, the attachments do not stay in place, and I even noticed sparks while using it — which is extremely dangerous and a serious safety hazard. I trusted the quality and paid for a functional, safe device, but this is unacceptable.To make things worse, the order has disappeared from my order history, and I’m unable to claim the warranty. I respectfully request a full refund or replacement at the earliest. I hope your team values customer safety and satisfaction.

This is honestly a nice product under budget, dryer works very good, volumizer is also nice but you have to detangle your hair first, gives instant volume to hairs, easy to assemble, lock system works good, temperature can be managed have option like low medium high etc good product under budget

I used urban yog 3 in 1 hot air brush, it's is very easy to use. It work as a dryer, hair straightener and curler. It makes my hair so smooth and stylish .

I like the product , and material also good quality

Good product and easy to work with. No tension of burning yourself. But it didn’t feel as good as using the regular blow dryer with comb for some reason
