Too early to tell
It's a bit too early to tell yet but I think I'm sleeping a little better. Ask me again in another couple of weeks. Company is great and have purchased a lot of products from them, especially when their offers are on. Service, delivery and products have always been brilliant. Will continue to use.

An absolute blessing
I've been a very poor sleeper for many years, taking a long time to drift off. waking during the night. Now I take one of these marvellous capsules about an hour before going to bed, read for 10 - 15 minutes when I go to bed and then turn off the light and am asleep within 10 minutes. Even if I wake during the night for one reason or the other, I find I drift off again without difficulty. They are a real blessing.

This is a great, easy way to reap the benefits of Montmorency cherries as the drink needs to be refrigerated. I am taking it to help reduce inflammation but I know it has lots of other benefits as I have started taking it in the evening now and have noticed I am getting a better night’s sleep. Great customer support too. 😀
