When it works it does a great job. I'm having some problems using on a s24 ultra, shows as scanner not connecting, you have to unplug usb and plug back in then it works. When used on pc with long usb not had any problems. I found adding an LED block light between the scanner and the phone mount helped when scanning, needed a little usb extension as the cable supplied is made to measure. For the price I think this great though, just a shame having to unplugged and plug it in when you do a scan

This item is not compatible with iphone 16 pro max, there may be future updates for compatibility, but the most recent version (updated 30th October for iOS 18 compatibility) is not compatible, the iphone never connects wirelessly despite connected to the "wifi bridge"- loading the app just states "no scanner connected", and USB-C connection is not supported.

Using ferret with an Android phone but just getting an error message saying the app is "bugged" and have to wait till manufacturer delivers a fix.We've used the website to update but the app just won't work.Any advice, otherwise we will be sending this back.

i recommend buying a usb powered turntable for this, i used it through my computer mostly because the increased processing speed enabled me faster more accurate results and tracking.

This should be great but the connection is for an android phone but the app isn’t available on android devices. Try and find the app on Apple and no luck there either. Don’t bother with it is my review.Amazon service has also been appalling as I’ve returned the item and have been told a refund won’t be issued for 14-30 days??!! Absolute scam artists Amazon and you should be ashamed at how you treat customers.
