I live in a small garage apartment and this couch ended up being the perfect combination of fit, style, and comfort. I was delighted when it shipped faster than I expected and while it took the better part of an evening for me to assemble on my own, the instructions were very easy to follow. Being in a smaller space, I really appreciate the extra storage this couch provides and having the pullout option is really nice. This isn’t the softest couch you’ll ever hang out on, but I do find it to be comfortable. Lol I fall asleep on it all of the time. At this point I’ve been enjoying this couch for several months and find it to be easy to keep clean and I love that the cushions hold their shape really well. Considering that this is a more budget friendly option, my main concern was that the cushions would collapse and look worn in too quickly and that has definitely not been the case. I would absolutely recommend this couch to anyone looking for something to fit a small space.

My experience with the pull-out couch has been nothing short of frustrating. The advertised dimensions were misleading, turning what should have been a seamless addition to my space into a logistical nightmare. I purchased this product almost solely on the size of the sleeping area. It turns out that it’s 7inches shorter than advertised. I’m not sure if they pay for reviews but the only other review mentioning the size discrepancy is buried in wave of reviews.The product's quality is also a letdown, with cheap materials that scream lack of durability. The wood slats are awful and the welds are inconsistent. This is my third pull-out/sleeper purchased around this price point and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It's disappointing when a piece of furniture doesn't live up to expectations, especially when you rely on accurate product information for an online purchase.Adding to the dissatisfaction is the customer service, which proved to be unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected a smoother resolution process, but it seems the company falls short in addressing customer concerns. It took over 48 hours for them to just tell me to send the couch back.Attempting to return the couch has become a Herculean task due to its substantial size and impractical packing requirements. The boxes the couch came in were damaged during shipping and the seller seemed unbothered by this. Per policy it would be my job to dismantle the product (understandably), and to pay for shipping materials (frustrating). It’s a pain to spend 2 hours building something only to realize that the item is smaller than advertised and to have to spend more time to dismantle it and pack it up. Then to take the 200 pound item to a courier. The sheer inconvenience of managing the return process has left me questioning the overall integrity of this companyThree days in, the third party seller offered me a partial refund in order to buy a trundle frame and bedding to extend the sleeping area to meet the advertised size. Sadly, it means another thing to store and have to set up, taking the ease out of using this couch.In summary, this pull-out couch has been a regrettable purchase, from inaccurate dimensions to subpar quality and unhelpful customer service. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives with more accurate information and better customer support.

Exactly what I wanted! Building it was very easy, I did it by myself and took about 2-3 hours but instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was concerned that the chaise wasn’t reversible but if you switch out the latches that are screwed in, you can easily switch which side it’s on. My sister slept on it and said it was pretty comfy. It’s honestly not as cushiony as I wanted it to be but it’s still comfortable. The back cushions aren’t very supportive but nothing a little more filling can’t fix!!

Comfy, easy to put together (but it takes a while). Some of the wooden seats have tiny cracks in them, but nothing severe, it looks like just part of the way the wood is. The sleeper cushion comes in/out very easily. The additional storage is nice for hidden storage space or for storing bed linens if it will frequently be used as a bed. Back is not as high as we thought (support only for 12 inches, the cushions are 18 inches tall), but it’s good enough. Back cushions also not as firm, though they could double as a pillow when it’s a sleeper!

This couch is great for a smaller frame people or you can leave it just pulled out all the time which is what we do because I have a 3-year-old and she loves that. but the pieces come apart super easy and it's constantly sliding out and it's very difficult because the pieces of back of the couch just pull right off too easily & the side arm pieces too, if you try to move it so it just kind of feels like it's not sturdy or quality. It's really frustrating when you're sitting on the couch in the part that pulls out just slides back and forth and leaves a gap. My daughter got stuck in between there one time and it was not very fun. I tried to move the couch myself so that I could vacuum the rug that I put underneath it and two of the pieces came off super easy and I couldn't get them back on and it was just really frustrating and annoying. The material is really comfortable and I had a friend Jimmy rig it a little so that it stays together the storage areas underneath her really nice and roomy. The back doesn't sit very high so if you're a tall person it doesn't work very good unless you have some bigger pillows on there. I feel like this should be like a $300 couch. I think I paid $400 plus $100 shipping&,it was late, and then half of it didn't come so I had to contact customer support and then next day it showed up.

Exceeded my expectations. I really thought I was going to regret purchasing this product. I thought it was going to sit to low, look, and feel cheap; however, none of that was the case. This sofa fits perfectly in my man cave/office. It’s comfortable and is the height of a normal sized sofa. It wasn’t hard to assemble, it’s nice and firm, pulls out with ease and folds away with ease. It can easily be cleaned using a handheld carpet cleaner since the cushion covers can’t be removed.
