I really like this water bottle, however I did accidentally knock it and it smashed to pieces due to my carelessness. I have already ordered a replacement. More than anything what I like is the amount of plastic bottles I am not discarding just by switching to tap water that is being filtered by the charcoal. The glass is of good quality you just have to make sure that you don't drop it, obviously.

I really liked the concept of this bottle and chose it because it's made of glass, which felt like a more sustainable option. However, after just 2 months of light use at home, the glass cracked where the metal clip attaches (as shown in the photo). It seems that the design creates weak points where the clip sits in the glass alcoves. I’ve been careful with it and haven’t taken it out of the house, so I’m really disappointed that it broke so easily. It’s a shame because it’s a great idea, but the fragility makes it impractical. For the price, I expected much better durability.

Perhaps the bottle I purchased was a faulty one, as when it lies on its side it drips a little onto whatever is in ones backpack creating a little mess. Tried to get the issue fixed with the Amazon shop (The Present Store) I originally bought it from but unfortunately, as I only discovered this problem after some time, they were not wanting to help resolve this issue. So I took the mater to the producer of the product Black+Blum who replaced the top and in a most helpful way resolved the issue. I like the bottle as its very functional and beautiful and looks like a quality product.

I used to just get charcoal sticks and thought it might be a bit of a con, paying extra to have one held inside a glass bottle… Anyway, turns out I was wrong. This was a gift, and the recipient uses it every day. It’s beautiful, easy to use, and a definite step-up from having a stick of charcoal floating around in a jug.. Really happy with this.

I bought this in November as a gift for Xmas and wasn't used until the middle of January. Last week I heard something rattling and found that a piece of glass from the inside of the metal holder had broken off and was lying at the bottom of it. Very Dangerous. My return window has closed. Very disappointed the product.

Very disappointed with the glass bottle, I cannot use it any longer because it has developed a bad smell and taste even if I have been washing it daily with soapy water.I went for glass this time round, thinking it'd be more hygienic than the plastic version and I've had to stop using it after a month or so. Very disappointing, I had a plastic one and it lasted me a couple of years, I replaced the charcoal and everything. Total fiasco, also the bottle is quite small. Would not recommend.

I bought this product after having a plastic one for years, I decided to order the glass one as it looked like good quality, however! The flip over clip pierced the glass within 3 months, making the bottle unusable, considering the cost , stick to the plastic one

Lovely bottle, very easy to use and definitely improves tap water. The bottle itself is very aesthetically pleasing and comes with a protective sleeve. The only worry is when washing it that it will slip and break.
