Works well though it has a tangy taste
This iron supplement for women with added folic acid is a convenient option for those looking to boost their iron levels. I appreciate the accessibility of this product. It caters to individuals who are often short on time, making it a straightforward choice. In terms of effectiveness, it seems to deliver on its promise of providing essential nutrients. The addition of folic acid is a significant advantage, especially for women's health. However, I must mention that the taste is somewhat harsh. This can be a bit off-putting for those with sensitive palates, and I would advise taking it with a beverage to mask the flavor. Overall, this iron supplement is a decent choice for busy, health-conscious individuals. Its efficacy makes up for the taste factor, and it's a practical option for those who need a quick iron and folic acid boost in their daily routine.

Undecided at this point . . . UPDATED!
UPDATE: As follow-up to my original review, I'm happy to update my input. My benchmark was whether or not there was an effect on my hemoglobin for making a blood donation and there most certainly was! Rather than teetering on the minimum requirement of 12.5, this time I was at 13.1! This is a huge improvement and truth be told, I feel better too so this supplement will continue to be my go-to for iron. It's binding - that hasn't changed - but iron supplements often are and I'm not qualified to say why, so I won't. But I am going to stick with this one since it worked and I feel better overall! I'm also going to stick with taking it M-W-F as recommended because why take more than necessary?I added an iron supplement to my daily regimen about nine months ago when I began donating blood and kept falling short of the minimum hemoglobin requirement. I’ve tried different brands and although there is some variation in milligrams offered, the minimal amount is absorbed according to what I’ve read on-line. In comparing the different brands I’ve used, this one stands out based on a recent visit with a hematologist, who recommended a brand of iron (not this one) labeled as “ferrous sulfate”. I won’t pretend to understand why it’s better but he suggested it and certainly knows more than I do about this. I was delighted when I read this label again because it states “Iron 35 mg (as Ferrous Sulfate)” and the other brands I’ve tried are not so labeled. There are a few other things worthy of mention about this supplement – it’s Made in the USA, is NON-GMO and contains folic acid (a B vitamin). For now, I can say the tablet is round, easy to swallow and has no taste (but I take it with food so that may mask the flavor, if there is one). I have found this supplement to be binding though and that’s disappointing because the others certainly had no effect on regularity and maybe that speaks to the ferrous sulfate? The hematologist also stated research findings indicate iron absorption is maximized when supplements are taken every other day so I’m going to switch to his recommendation of M-W-F and see if that helps alleviate the binding effect. The real test for this supplement will be whether or not I pass the hemoglobin test in January at the next blood donation appointment. In the meantime, I've switched to this supplement, will modify to taking it M-W-F and we’ll see what happens.

Good for Iron
I am low in iron and appreciate the levels included in these supplements. They are easy to swallow and do not leave a terrible taste in the mouth. I cannot speak to the efficacy but I can say that as labled they are better quality than the average

Great!
I really like this iron supplement. I like that it’s targeted toward women in particular and that it offers superior absorption with no stomach upset. This is the first iron supplement I’ve taken that did this. I need a bit of help each month to replenish lost iron, and these pills do the trick. They are small, round pills that are super easy to swallow. There’s no taste, smell, or aftertaste. They’re made in the USA, and they’re non-gmo, and gluten free. There are 60 tablets in this bottle, and the price point makes these a very good value. Highly recommend!

Gentle and Small!
I don't think I've ever had a vitamin that was flat. This one is a flattened disc shape and honestly I wish more companies would make their pills like this. It was very easy to swallow. I didn't experience any stomach upset like I have with other iron supplements and this one has definitely helped with my energy as I'm slightly anemic and don't eat red meat. Good choice!

How to make yourself an iron woman
Everyone knows that most women seem to be iron deficient. To resolve that I have been taking these Iron supplements. The pills are very small in size and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste and they have not upset my stomach. They seem to be very potent and will certainly supply me with all the iron that I need on a daily basis and I plan on to continue taking these.
