Got this as an early birthday gift as I am a TEFL teacher and wanted to start doing some videos. My desk is *right* next to a loud air conditioner (I have to make the volume louder so I can hear my students!) but now that I am using this, it cancels out that loud noise completely! The recording volume was very low at first but that is solved by turning the Mic Gain up. Problem solved!!! I love too that it matches my pink desk set up!

The LEDs are a nice touch on this gaming microphone. They can easily be adjusted from transitioning to solid colors with a touch control and a long touch to turn the lights off. There is also a touch control mute button. Both controls are on top of the microphone for easy access. The mic itself is suspended in the holder to prevent noise if the mic is moved while in use.The mic, stand and USB cable are all fully color coordinated. There is a headphone jack built into the front of the mic if needed. The USB cable itself is USB C but comes with a USB A adapter (attached to the cable to prevent loss) which is a nice touch.Sound quality sounds good BUT I have an issue with audio pick-up. I have my microphone input up to 100% and the gain turned up to the max (large knob on the bottom of the microphone) and I still get input audio that is very quiet unless I'm directly in front of the microphone. I'd prefer to have the microphone at more of a distance.There is a twist knob on the side of the stand that can be loosened to allow the mic to be tilted up or down if needed. It can't be adjusted in small increments, there are notches where the mic tilt can be adjusted. I've found that tilting it up when sitting on a desktop doesn't really improve audio pick-up. The microphone comes with a pop filter attached but I'm not sure how much function it provides. It seems to be more for looks.The stand itself is a little lightweight but does have an anti-skid bottom so I haven't had any issues with it accidentally getting knocked over or sliding around. Overall I'm happy with the microphone. My only complaint is the low volume picked up unless I'm right in front of the microphone.

This is a very nice mic for the gamer for sure!This mic is well worth the low price tag- in the world of microphones- that it is sporting!!I'm a gamer, I've been a gamer for quite a good amount of time. I also do a decent amount of streaming and podcasting. This has been a really great mic to have for the quick connect! If you have no microphone equipment or don't have the space for a studio; whatever your situation, this is one of the best mics I have come across!! It is on par with a very big name-branded mic that I use to use all of the time!This mic has crystal clear sound. And an excellent condenser built into the mic! I have been using this mic for some time now.I normally use a mic on a boomarm that connects to an audio interface, and have for several years! But I really like the Gamin USB RGB mic and have been using this in it's place!It's been putting out great sound!The pickup is excellent! And it is so much easier to use on the fly!And this travels much better than the studio! Now don't get me wrong, studio is excellent, but if you have no access to a studio set up, than this is perfect! I no longer have the room for a studio set up, myself, and am absolutely loving this Maono Gaming USB RGB microphone!I really like having the gain control right there on the microphone itself!For half the price of some of those big name-brand microphones, this little guy really holds his own! and Impressively!!I highly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great microphone! I am so impressed! And I am sorry if I seem to be laying on thick for this mic, but it's just that great!.
