Wrong product description 300mg only
The product description is misleading. Each capsule contains only 300mg of ALA, but as per header it is states 500mg.

Didn't work for me
It didn't work for me. I got digestive problems due to it. As soon as I stopped taking it my problems vanished. No such issues with the he Vitaruhe brand of ALA
