This Philips smart bulb works very well. The setup was easy and hassle free. It got connected with WIZ 2 and Alexa app seamlessly. So far, I am using Alexa voice command to control the light. Only improvement area is to enable more commands to have minute control of several functionalities such as music sync and others. Currently, music sync is working through WIZ V2 app.Overall, the light is useful for smart home users.

We've been using three of these bulbs for 1.5 years now on our terrace. One of them had started malfunctioning (showed disconnected on app, went on and off randomly), which I guess is fair, the bulbs have been burning every night since we've installed them.We had regular bulbs earlier which were extremely bright and not really comfortable to sit out with. On the other hand we had a bat nest in the terrace roof, so we needed bright lights, too. That's when I came across these bulbs and they have been delivering what they promise. We usually have them in warm wight brightest setting, but if we need brighter light, the white light is brighter and when we want less light, we also like to switch it e.g. to fireplace mode.The app (just installed the new app) works fine and I schedule the light to go off at sunset and on at sunrise. This works quite well, except for one annoying problem (was the same with the old app): the power outage recovery doesn't work! No matter whether I switch it on or off in the app, all bulbs go on after a power cut when they were off! And they don't come back with the set colour but one of them bright cold white and the others orange. Tried all settings, but the problem was there from the beginning and I couldn't solve it.It is now a little bit of enery wastage and the hassle to always switch the bulbs off after an outage (we live in an area with frequent / almost daily power cuts). But overall I'm happy with the product.

Excellent product. It works very smooth via mobile app. Also different colors can be selected as per mood. One can dim it as per the need.

I had to get two bulbs because one bulb didn't provide enough light to the whole room.I've been using this bulb for 2 months now and there hasn't been much issues, apart from some rare connection issues with my Wi-Fi. I mostly use it with the Google assistant to turn the lights on and off or make it dim when I'm gaming. I can also set a time to automatically switch on the lights which works well.The colors are really pretty although I stick to the warm white color mostly and keep the colorful modes for when there are kids around.There's tons of modes to choose from the Wiz app. I wish they add a music sync feature, hopefully they will add it in the future.Overall a great novelty product.

Don’t buy this bulb, their app wiz v2 really pissed off. After successful pairing it’s not allowing to control light and giving some toast message that is also very ugly and hide all settings options behind. iPhones it is not working at all after too much efforts were given to pair the device that was charm in the older version of app. Not I’m unable to control this app at all from wiz v2 that is saying me always “unable to control this device is offline”. Buy Wipro bulb instead that has a great application to control it

It is nice bulb with good quality but as written it is not compatible for music sync with that I am disappointed

Excellent product

I have no complains for what it offers at this price rate. It works perfectly and the app is really good.The only thing is that it uses 2.4 GHz wifi and my is is connected to 5 GHz. So I think it uses internet to transfer the command, causing a bit delay.Also when the internet is down, it don't work. (Needs to change Wifi band).The app has a home page widget to with quick buttons. But, it sometimes don't work an I need to open the app.I mostly use Google home or assistant. I would like to see if most of the features can be accessed by third party app.Overall this is value for money product.
