Solved Canary Foot Pain From Plastic Perches
My canaries feet were horribly red, swollen, and sore. Of course, I checked online for solutions. We were ready to take him to the avian vet (which he hates), and I found a recent post about the ridged white perches that come with cages. The horizontal ridges on the plastic perches can even cause ulcers on the foot joints. Most of his perches are manzanita, but he sleeps and spends a good deal of time on the two plastic perches that came with the cage.I put the 2" tape horizontally on the perches, rather than winding it. It fits perfectly and his feet are healing. It is fine for canaries and finches, but I'm not sure about parrots and parakeets - the like to chew too much.

Definitely worth the buy
Wonderful! I spent a while trying to find some that actually stuck without me having to tuck in the top or bottom and these are buy far the best! The wrap stays all day long without fail!

Great product
Broke my baby toe and the one next to it being extremely graceful lol. This stuff works great and sticks to itself. I highly recommend for a variety of boo boos and broken bones

Works Like an Ace Bandage
This works like an ace bandage except it is self adhesive (it doesn’t require a hook to keep it in place).

These work exactly the same as the stuff at the vet's office or the tan stuff you can get anywhere. For a fraction of the price, this is perfect if you need to buy in bulk.
