Convenient, Powerful, and Easy to Use – A Must-Have for Quick Touch-Ups!
I’m really impressed with the Philips Handheld Steamer 1000 Series. It’s become my go-to solution for quick clothing touch-ups, especially when I’m in a rush. It’s compact, powerful, and super easy to use. What I Love:✅ Quick Heating – The steamer heats up in less than a minute, which is perfect when I’m in a hurry and need to freshen up my clothes fast.✅ Gentle on Fabrics – It’s safe to use on a wide variety of fabrics, from delicate items to heavier materials, without worrying about burns or damage.✅ Compact and Lightweight – It’s so easy to store and carry around. I love that it’s portable enough for travel, so I don’t need to worry about wrinkled clothes while on the go.✅ Steam Performance – The steam output is powerful, and it really helps remove wrinkles and refresh garments quickly. It also works well for refreshing upholstery or curtains.✅ No Ironing Board Needed – The convenience of not needing an ironing board is a huge plus. I can steam clothes while they’re hanging, which saves time and effort.A Small Note:🔹 It’s not as effective on deep wrinkles as a traditional iron, but it works beautifully for everyday touch-ups and fabric refreshes.Final Thoughts:If you need a portable, easy-to-use steamer for quick wrinkle removal, the Philips Handheld Steamer 1000 Series is a fantastic choice. It’s effective, compact, and a time-saver for anyone with a busy lifestyle. Highly recommend for anyone who needs an efficient solution for steaming clothes!

Amazing!
Just got this and used on my linen trouser as I was too lazy to iron but needed to wear it. I also thought it was a good test of effectiveness of the steamer. Filled with filtered water, powered on, waited for 30 seconds and pressed the steam button - hey presto, steam appeared, laid it on my trouser and the creased/wrinkled parts were smoothed out easily.Aa it does not hold lot of water, you do need to top up the water frequently - I topped up once for my trouser, which I steamed both front and back. It does not replace ironing but if you wanted to just remove creases quickly on a couple of items e.g. it was ironed but got slightly crushed in the wardrobe (as you have too many clothes!) or you were travelling and had to roll an item up to save space, this helps. It is not tiny/slim even when folded though not heavy, so something to consider if planning to put in luggage for holiday etc. For now, this works for me, especially with the deal price I got for it.

I can’t believe I didn’t have one until now
This handheld steamer is a great size for both storing and for travelling with the useful fold away handle. It’s so easy to quickly get out and use rather than setting up an iron/ironing board and performs an excellent job, surpassing my expectations for the price. It has transformed the way my clothes look on me, they now look far smarter and more expensive. Even down to steaming my trench coat which wasn’t particularly creased before but now it looks immaculate and far more expensive than it really was. I’m rather ashamed to think I used to forgo steaming my clothes. I find the steamer particularly useful for garments that have gathered areas (such as dresses with a gathered waist) or pleats, where ironing is much more difficult. I too have been able to steam my dresses of more fragile material that I couldn’t use an iron on at all and it makes a huge difference to the overall appearance, even though they didn’t appear badly creased to begin with. It’s worth noting that steaming still isn’t suitable for all materials however. I also personally prefer the more natural finish from a steamer where the garment just appears relaxed rather than a little rigid and overworked from ironing. In addition to this I have found more uses for the device than just dealing with creases and I now give my workout wear a quick steam over after it’s washed and dried to ensure all bacteria is killed and this definitely has kept them fresher overall. I give the bed pillows a steam in between washes as well to kill bacteria and freshen them up which is much better for my face and prevents breakouts forming. I also steam the sofa cushions too to freshen them up. From using it over recent weeks I would comment as follows:-The model I purchased has a 100ml water tank which in real life generally translates to 1 garment’s worth of steam give or take (around 7 minutes worth). You can get models with a slightly greater water capacity. The orange dress in my pictures took me 10 minutes and used 1.5 tanks of water, the green shirt took me 7 minutes and used 1 tank of water.-Bear in mind that the garment will be a little damp immediately after steaming and therefore you will need to allow it to hang for a little while before wearing it-I’d advise that you also purchase a steaming glove as it’s very easy to catch yourself with the steam when you’re pulling the material taught-The device does spit a little when using which does leave wet marks on your clothes which soon dry. (As you can see slightly on the green shirt)-Some people suggest to use distilled water in order to avoid a chalky buildup from the minerals in the water however I use tap water and haven’t found a problem as yet-Steaming is not necessarily quicker than ironing, however it is easier and less faffy as well as having some different uses to an ironOverall I cannot fault this device for the price (I did purchase during the prime day sale) and it’s made a huge difference to my wardrobe. If I were to purchase again I’d get the model with the slightly larger water tank. I hope this helps someone.

Perfect on little people clothes.
Great little device! This is my first clothes steamer so nothing to compare to but it does the job, its small, portable and easy to use particularly on small garments such as my toddlers clothes that are too fiddly to iron.

Good but there might be better in the market
Good size and good water capacity but it takes a lot of time to get a piece done

Great product at a great price.
Second purchase, as passed on as gift. Great product & perfect for traveling. Small relatively lightweight compared to newer models/versions from Philips. Great price also, better & convenient than small iron.

Great product, small & easy to use
This steamer is so efficient & compact, so perfect to use if travelling. However the water tank is quite small so you would need to refill it multiple times

Works very well! Cool colour!
It’s very compact and light which makes it great for storage. I love the colour (the primary reason I bought this). The steam is ready pretty quickly and there’s a light to signal. It’s pretty easy to use and you can always tell what the water level is. It does a pretty good job at steaming wrinkles way on shirts. Overall, pretty good value for money, no complaints.
