This camera was better than expected. It has everything you need, clear display and lots of functions. Build quality is excellent. Easy to set up using the app. After sales service was also very good , Cindy made sure that everything was fine after purchase and offered any help needed. I would definitely buy again

I have several outdoor cameras, and this is my favorite. The picture quality is outstanding, and the field of view is great. I noticed that this camera has some bad reviews. After reading them I think they all are experiencing bad Wi-Fi signals. The most important factor in using Wi-Fi cameras is to get a strong signal. If it is weak and slow it results in the problems reported. It has nothing to do with the camera. This camera also supports 5Ghz, which can even boost performance more but doesn't reach as far. There are several free apps for your cellphone that will measure the Wi-Fi signal at various locations.

Endlich eine Kamera die gut funktioniert. Personen und Tiere werden sehr gut erkannt ,eingerahmt und verfolgt. Die Videoaufnahmen und Bilder sind einwandfrei,man erkennt auch nachts alles perfekt. Kleine Flugtiere ( Motten ,Wespen usw ) werden nicht registriert und kein Alarm wird ausgelöst. Bei unserer alten Kamera war ständig Alarm wegen Insekten ,das nervte furchtbar. Der Support ( Elnum war der Ansprechpartner )ist sehr gut ,man hat uns sogar eine kostenlose dreijährige Qualitätsgarantie und eine kostenlose 64 GB Mikro-SD Karte angeboten ( nur in Verbindung mit einer Amazon Bestellnummer ). Für den Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern. Mal schauen wie lange die Kamera hält.

Très content de cet achat, image de qualité de jour comme de nuit, on peut aussi zoomer mais cela reste limité dans la distance. La détection mouvement est très réactive, une alerte est envoyé directement sur le téléphone. L'appli est bien faite, on peut tout modifier, désactiver les alarmes, il faut une carte SD pour pouvoir enregistrer les vidéos. Le seul bémol c'est la mise en service, impossible de la réaliser comme expliqué, le QR code de la caméra n'était pas reconnu. Au bout de 1h c'était bon en passant par le Chat du service client. Ils m'ont même envoyé un mail pour savoir si tout etait reglé. Malgré ce détail je la recommande fortement

Ho contattato il servizio clienti e sono rimasto colpito dalla loro disponibilità e professionalità. Il team di supporto ha risposto prontamente alle mie domande e hanno risolto il mio problema in breve tempo, fornendomi una nuova telecamera. Ho apprezzato davvero l'approccio paziente e cortese che hanno avuto nei miei confronti.In sintesi, è un dispositivo eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo che offre una sorveglianza completa e affidabile.
