Extremely Disappointed with Recent Amazon Service Experience
I'm extremely disappointed with Amazon's customer support. This is the fifth time I’ve had a frustrating experience, and honestly, it's unacceptable. I replaced a faulty item, and yet no one has come to pick it up or deliver the replacement. The product worked for barely an hour before it stopped functioning entirely.I’ve always trusted Amazon, but over the past two years, the service has noticeably declined. For the first time, I’ve given Amazon a poor rating—and it’s completely justified. I’m genuinely angry and disappointed with how things have been handled.

Perfectly working and does the job.
My new Samsung TV doesn't have aux/headphone out. So I wanted to connect optical out from TV to my old 2.1 speakers. This device converted optical out from TV to analog/headphone out signal so that I could connect my old 2.1 speakers. The product does the job as mentioned.Optical cable and USB power cable included in the box. Included usb power cable can be connected to USB port of TV for power requirement of the device.(No aux cable included)

Noise signal from the converter
Conneced the device to my Sony tv digital audio output optical port and output from converter is connected to my 5.1 stereo ampl through RC Jacks there is a nagging noise signal somewhat similar to hum noise comes at random intervals.This noise is obstructing amp sound at that moment and it is highly irritating. Going for the replacement of the item.

Worked on altec lansing year 2010 speaker
Wasnt sure when I placed the order whether it would work. Happy it worked a great relief could use my decade old altec lansing speaker instead of ordering a new sound bar.
