Good Product - Recommended to buy
The Carlinkit is nice product, hassle free connectivity without cable. One problem not from the carlinkit but from google. Android disconnected, and giving lot of notification when connected to VPN.

Issues with disconnections every few aeconds
Day1 worked perfectly but tested it just for 15 mins..., second day onwards keeps disconnecting every few mins

Multimedia System Malfunstion
Product works Fine but sometimes it hangs Multimedia system completely and also need to keep phone close to the device otherwise there will be synchronization problem

Excellent device to enable wireless CarPlay/appleplay
zero brainer device. Just plug in and start enjoying wireless connectivity for android/apple without any hassle. The only con I can nitpick is on switching phones or changing from CarPlay to apple play when multiple devices are in the car. Currently we need to disable bluetooth from the connected phone to allow the other phone to connect. Minor inconvenience, will overlook.
