Good Quality Product.
Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this kit. well packaged up in a good quality steel box. Ive used the 1/4 & 5/16 taps and die's without any issues. In my opinion good value for the money. I needed a 1/4 inch die and it was priced at £25 so having this whole kit increased the value for money.

Not a good start
This is an updated review for a product recently delivered but as yet, only used once; I may update it again after further use. This tap and die set is contained in a metal case which looks nice but is paper thin and because it was sent in a jiffy bag it was dented in various places, and the taps and dies were almost all out of the plastic molded liner and rattling about inside the metal box albeit still inside the clear plastic liner lid.Quality looks good rather than excellent but the price is ok for what you get and it may prove to be good value if the tools cut properly, but so far, not a good start.I used a tap to rethread a nut from metric to UNC today which it did acceptable well but the tap kept coming loose, probably because the thread in the tap holder is too coarse , which is annoying.TBA.
