Good if you suffer with IBS I find personally they seem to keep the tummy 'well' small capsules so easy to swallow.Good value for money, good quality.

not sure about dosages
item arrived promptly. Their suggested dosage is 1 capsule of 2 billion CFU/ day for various purposes. It also tells me not to exceed the dose unless being advised otherwise. I am taking it while taking antibiotics. Another websites suggests 5 to 40 and yet another one suggests 10 to 20 billion CFU. 2 billion CFU seems far too low.
