Thank You... Arrived Much earlier than mentioned... Good product with good quality.. I'll recommend it to anyone.. only thing which needs attention is in manual when you installing back rest... You need to fix it from front and not as from back as shown in picture... Thanks again for both Amazon and Suppliers...

First of all- check tha availability of all the parts then start the assembly.A brochure was delivered with the chair mentioning if there is a part missing, contact and they will get the parts sorted. I trusted it and started assembly. There were 4 bolts missing and backrest is not yet assembled.Contacted in the number given on brochure. They asked to share the invoice. I did. After tgat no response from then in 24 hours. They have stopped picking up my call.Amazon customer support was helpful and they aksed me to return the item and they will get tye refunds processed. But I did assemble the chair and the gas pipe can not be dismantled without causing a little damage hence I cant returnit because it wont get adjusted in the original packaging. Only the seller can help me by supplying the missing parts and they dont intend to do that. Now I have half assembled chair wandering around my placeNow about quality. Overall its good at this price point but some issues needs to be looked into. I have shared the iamges of the washer which holds the handle to the body. Very low quality, started getting damaged even when I didnt tighten then fully. I have shared images. These wont stand long. I will have to get good quality one from local market.Chair will be good if the makers do these tweaks and deliver all the parts. Unless these are sorted , its not recommended to buy it. I will call the local carpenter, get it dismantled and return it. Their ignorance got me annoyed.

Product is so nice and comfortable,But 4 screws 🪛 were missing , now need to but from outside

The chair is nice & comfortable. Material and built quality is good too. Assembling the chair is a job for 2Best part is that I got a call from the company a month after purchase to ask if I'm happy with the product and in case if I need to claim warranty. Good to know they offer warranty

Highly affordable and usefull product. Very easy to assemble and use. Budget friendly for daily use. Height adjustment is also good and back support is decent. I suggest don't sit for too long, standup sometime. All parts were covered and there's no single defect in any part. Surely recommended

No assembly instructions provided with the product as well as screws are provided less that needed, very disappointed..material is good.👍🏻
